Return Policy We understand that certain circumstances necessitate the return of merchandise to Princeton Home Decor. Please note the following conditions under which returns will be accepted: •1) Items damaged upon receipt: Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of order. Original box should be kept so that box and contents can be inspected by an agent of FedEx Ground or agent of other shipping company. Please call Princeton Home Decor at 609-921-1820 or email to cs@princetonhomedecor.com to report damage and receive instructions for pick-up. •2) Items shipped in error: Claims should be made within 48 hours of receipt of incorrect merchandise. Please call 609-921-1820 or email cs@princetonhomedecor.com for pick-up instructions. •3) Customer returns: Return of merchandise not damaged or incorrect and shipped in good faith must be granted approval PRIOR to return. Customer must receive a RA# or label, will be responsible to arrange and pay for return shipping, and a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from credit. Credit will only be given for merchandise received in original condition. •4) Unauthorized returns will be refused.
